Specifications

1. Scaffolding with a width of 60cm

 

This specification is smaller and suitable for some narrower spaces, such as decoration at windows. Due to its small width, it is not suitable for large-scale work.

 

2. Scaffolding with a width of 120cm

 

This specification is more common, with a moderate width, suitable for large-scale batch work. However, it should be noted that the height of this scaffolding should not be too high, and it should not be built too high and lack stability.

 

3. Scaffolding with a width of 150cm

 

This specification is suitable for high-altitude operations such as exterior wall decoration of large buildings. It has a moderate width and is relatively stable to build. However, it should be noted that during the construction process, it is necessary to use fastening screws and fastening clips and other equipment in accordance with the specifications to ensure safety.

 

4. Scaffolding with a width of 200cm

 

This scaffolding specification is suitable for decoration and maintenance in particularly high places, but the scope of use is relatively narrow. At the same time, because of the high height, more attention should be paid to safety during construction.

 

5. Scaffolding with a width of 250cm

 

This specification is suitable for the exterior wall decoration of relatively large buildings, such as high-rise residential buildings and commercial buildings. Due to its larger width, it can better support more workers and tools, and it also requires more attention to safety during the construction process.


Technology

The technical parameters of the scaffolding mainly include the following aspects:

 

Width: The width of the scaffolding is generally 900mm.

Pole spacing: The spacing of the scaffolding poles is 60-120 cm, and they must be butt-jointed with butt fasteners, and cannot be overlapped.

Step distance: The step distance is generally 1.8 meters, but the first step distance can be 1.5 meters 14.

Height limit: Different types of scaffolding have different height limits.

 

Pole: The pole is the key component of the scaffolding, responsible for transmitting and bearing force.

The pole spacing should be set evenly and cannot be greater than the design spacing, otherwise it will reduce the bearing capacity of the pole.

A base or pad should be set at the bottom of each pole.

The upper part of the vertical pole should be 1.5 meters higher than the operating layer and be protected ‌4.
